Roasted Oolong Tea Cookie 


[ Ingredients ] 

  • Roasted Four Seasons Oolong Tea 1tbsp
  • Cake Flour 100g
  • Tapioca Starch 20g
  • Cane Sugar 40g
  • Oil 50g
  • Baking Powder ½tsp
  • Coconut Milk 20g (Optional)
  • Vanilla Extract 1tsp (Optional)

[ Equipment ]

  • Coffee Grinder

[ Instructions ] 

  1. Grind Roasted Four Seasons Oolong Tea into fine powder
  2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a spatula
  3. Roll into a cylinder shape 
  4. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
  5. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  6. Gently roll dough into a cylinder shape
  7. Slice the dough evenly into your desired thickness
  8. Bake for 15 minutes
  9. Set on cooling rack to cool
  10. Enjoy!
