Matcha Chocolate Cookie

[ Ingredients ] 

  • Melted Unsalted Butter 100g
  • Brown Sugar 50g
  • Egg 1
  • All Purpose Flour 160g
  • Barista's Choice Matcha Powder 2tbsp
  • Baking Powder ½tsp
  • White Chocolate Chip 40g

[ Instructions ] 

  1. Beat egg in a small bowl and set aside
  2. Place butter and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix well
  3. Add the beaten egg to mixture and mix well
  4. Sift all purpose flour, Matcha Powder, and baking powder into the batter and mix well with a spatula
  5. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  6. Divide dough into 25 pieces
  7. Make it flat and place a few chocolate chips in the center
  8. Roll into a ball shape and gently press down to create a cookie shape of your desired thickness
  9. Preheat oven to 325ºF and bake for 15 minutes
  10. Set on cooling rack to cool
  11. Enjoy!
