With the increasing demand for Taiwanese high mountain tea over the past decade, our oolong tea farmers wanted to challenge the status quo and produce something more unique with the abundant Four Seasons oolong tea plants that they had. After countless trials and errors, they finally found the golden ratio to processing this hight mountain oolong into a perfectly roasted black tea.
As you open the bag, you will be welcomed with a remarkably sweet and floral aroma. Make a quick steep. You will notice notes of rich notes of malt followed immediately with light bergamot and woodsy notes.
Roasted Black Tea can be brewed as hot, iced, milk tea, cold brew tea, and kombucha. Suitable for all seasons and ages.
